Strawberry Spinach Salad with Poppy Seed French Rolls

Ingredients
- 2 Pillsbury Oven Baked frozen crusty French dinner rolls
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 1/3 cup Yoplait Original 99% Fat Free Strawberry Yogurt
- 2 cups baby spinach leaves
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- 1/2 cup crumbled bleu cheese (4 oz.)
- 2 tbsp. coarsely chopped toasted walnuts
- 1 tsp. butter or margarine, softened
- 1/8 tsp. poppy seeds

Directions
Bake rolls as directed on bag. Meanwhile, in small bowl, stir together honey and yogurt. Arrange spinach leaves on 2 individual salad plates. Top with strawberries; sprinkle with blue cheese and walnuts. Drizzle yogurt mixture over salad.
Remove rolls from oven. Brush with butter; sprinkle with poppy seed. Serve warm with salad.
Makes 2 servings.
