Strawberry Spinach Salad with Poppy Seed French Rolls
Ingredients

  • 2 Pillsbury Oven Baked frozen crusty French dinner rolls
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • 1/3 cup Yoplait Original 99% Fat Free Strawberry Yogurt
  • 2 cups baby spinach leaves
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1/2 cup crumbled bleu cheese (4 oz.)
  • 2 tbsp. coarsely chopped toasted walnuts
  • 1 tsp. butter or margarine, softened
  • 1/8 tsp. poppy seeds

Directions

Bake rolls as directed on bag. Meanwhile, in small bowl, stir together honey and yogurt. Arrange spinach leaves on 2 individual salad plates. Top with strawberries; sprinkle with blue cheese and walnuts. Drizzle yogurt mixture over salad.

Remove rolls from oven. Brush with butter; sprinkle with poppy seed. Serve warm with salad.

Makes 2 servings.
